With our Care & Repair plans, we’re here to help if your tech runs into an unexpected mechanical or electrical hiccup that stops it from working properly. Our plan goes beyond a standard manufacturer’s guarantee—which usually only covers basic breakdowns—by offering extra perks like a fix promise and unlimited support for that extra bit of peace of mind in a increasingly technical world.
Plus, you can breathe easy knowing you won’t pay a penny more for parts, labour, or call-outs; we’ll take care of all those costs for you.

Home insurance is great for theft or accidental damage, but it usually doesn’t cover mechanical breakdowns and often comes with an “excess” fee. Our Care & Repair Plan focuses specifically on fixing mechanical or electrical faults, and we never charge an excess fee.
Note: We don’t cover accidental damage, cosmetic marks, or theft.
What is Included (and what isn’t)?
Included: Unlimited repairs, parts, labor, and emergency call-outs within 24 hours.
Not Covered: We can’t cover cosmetic damage, general maintenance, or appliances over 20 years old.
We exclude cosmetic damage, maintenance, and appliances over 20 years old. Also, the property address must be within the United Kingdom.
You can get a quote online or over the phone in less than 2 minutes. As long as it’s working perfectly when you sign up, we should be able to offer you a plan.
Monthly: Pay via Direct Debit for continuous coverage—plus, you’re protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Upfront: Pay for the year in advance and we’ll give you one month free!
No Extra Fees:
We don’t charge extra for credit card payments, cancellation fees or exits.
We’d be sad to see you go, but we won’t make it difficult. There are no exit fees or long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime. If you’ve paid for a year upfront, you might even be eligible for a partial refund. To cancel, just call us at 0800 304 7777.
If something goes wrong, don’t worry! We resolve about 30% of TV and entertainment issues right over the phone. All you need to do is:
1. Get in touch: Call us at 0800 304 7777 or request a callback
2. Have your info ready: It helps to have your plan number, name, and address handy.
3. Diagnostics: One of our Tech team will run some diagnostics over the phone and either:
a. Resolve the issue there and then!
b. Book in an engineer visit at a time that suits you
c. Agree a replacement
We are currently fix 30% of TV and Entertainment systems issues over the phone so no downtime! If we can’t fix the fault over the phone, we aim to repair or arrange a replacement for the product within 7 working days.
